During a first meeting we compile your individual living and working requirements and also perform a joint site visit. Based on your requirements and our design ideas we prepare respective draft concept to be presented in a follow-up meeting. -

After receiving your order we provide a detailed concept including evaluation of possible renovation. Moreover respective filling of the plan built documentation will be performed by us. -
Optimization of Costs and Implementation
Our cooperation with appropriate professional craftsman including their coordination saves time and costs. We a pleased to recommend professional craftsman. A well prepared time schedule and our permanent supervising enable short time of execution. Review of invoices insures fair billing. -
Living Style and Interior Design
In case of change requests related to some rooms or living and work requirements we support you in all topics regarding interior design and plan built documentation. Functionality, Room layout, interior decoration, new furniture, choice of colors or simply new curtains or roll-ups, we support you in preparing concepts and providing you new ideas during on site meeting. We may also prepare a mood board including proposal of colors and/or interior based on your budget. We also support you in choosing the suitable craftsman. -
Real Estate Consulting and optimization of floor plan
You may have located a new real estate requesting support in room layout? You hold an architect’s plan in your hands requiring to align it with your interior design and decoration requirements? Regarding optimization of floor plan we examine functionality of the room layout showing some variants of interior including respective materials. -
Plan-Build Documentation
In cooperation with our partner Alpson we prepare respective floor plans aligned with conditions on-site as well as your personal requirements and imagination.
